We want our clients to be 100% satisfied with every acquisition. Upon receiving your shipment from Bullion Metals, you have a 3-business-day inspection window to verify the purity, weight, and condition of your bullion.
Return Conditions & Eligibility
- All returned products must remain in their original, sealed, tamper-evident packaging (such as assay cards, mint tubes, or capsules).
- If you decide to initiate a return, please contact our support desk within three (3) business days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Due to fluctuating global commodity markets, returns on bullion products may be subject to market loss adjustments based on live spot pricing at the time the RMA is executed.
Damaged or Discrepant Shipments
Every shipment sent out by Bullion Metals is 100% insured against transit loss or damage. If a package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or notify our claims department within 24 hours so we can immediately dispatch a replacement shipment.
